...but rules are there to be broken...heehee, so I'm breaking rule #4 and #5!
1. I was born in Malta.
2. My name is Melita, but everyone calls me Carol.
3. My Father emigrated to South Africa 30 years ago, so I don't get to see him very often.
4. Many moons ago, I was an audio typist etc for an estate agents.
5. I love anything stitched with bees, and have a nice collection of bee themed charts on my 'to do pile'.
6. I love cosy winter evenings, when the curtains are drawn, flames are flickering in the fire, it's raining outside and I can snuggle up on the sofa and stitch. :o)
I'm still alive :)

4 of the things i knew, 2 i didn't LOL
Hi Carol! Thanks for playing along and being a good sport. The theme in my youngest child's room is bees. My mother model stitches for Just Cross Stitch magazine and she received a birth sampler to stitch which was bees ~ she even used my youngest child's name and birth stats on it. She's a proud Nana!
Thanks for the link to the pincushion tutorial in your last post Carol, I'm definitely going to have a go.
Oh, you are an amazing secret keeper, Carol!!! I love that you were born in Malta and have that beautiful name, Melita. I love bees, too. Hope your holidays were happy and the new year brings you lots of new stitching stash!
Hugs,
Deb
I love #5 and 6. :)
Hi, dear Carol, My middle name is Carol, though not many people know it. And, Deb, Debi, etc., means "the bee," so I also collect bee charts! See, we have so much in common! LOL
Hugs, Deb
