This is my finish for the monthly challenge for October on the Jayne's Attic forum. As it was breast cancer awareness month we were able to choose from several breast cancer awareness complimentary designs. I chose this design from the
Painted Giraffe Stitchery to finish as a little pillow with tassels.
The pretty fabric I used to back the pillow is from the Moda Quilt Pink II collection. Stitched 1 over 2 on 40ct Newcastle cream linen using the listed DMC threads. The little gold heart attached to the ribbon is a Mill Hill glass treasure.
Now to finish making up what I had stitched for Halloween! I WILL catch up eventually! :o)

Oh, Carol, that is absolutely beautiful!
This is beautiful. I really love your finishing.
Such a feminine and pretty finish.
As always, a really beautiful stitch and finish!
Ohhh Carol,
As always your stitching and finishing is awesome!
You are such a inspiration!
It's gorgeous!
Just beautiful, Carol :)
Carol - your piece is done so beautifully - out of all of them that I've seen published, yours is certainly one of the prettiest. My sister was just diagnosed with breast cancer, and already has had her mastectomy, and I will be sure to send her a link so that she can see what people are doing. In this lifetime, hopefully breast cancer and all cancers for that matter, will be snuffed out. Far too many people are losing their lives to this dreadful disease. Thank you for stitching this simple chart with such respect.
It is beautiful Carol!
Such a pretty little finish Carol.

Je t'embrasse et te souhaite une belle soirée

Hi Carol,
When I read what Sara said about your beautiful blog (in the Stacy Nash Groupies group) I had to take a look. Oh my but everything you do is just beautiful! Thank you for sharing your talent in these beautiful photos!
Carol, this is lovely! Have you posted it on the Stitch Pink blogspot? I love your focus fabric. Aside from your stitching and finishing techniques, the displays of your pieces are so gorgeous. See you in the SNG room. :-)
Very pretty Carol.
